Here are the rest of the most frequent questions asked about
Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) ,you can find the first part of these questions at
Here
Will the surgery scars be visible?
The incisions that are made for the Brazilian butt lift are so small that they are difficult to detect. Few millimeter length incisions, usually between natural wrinkles and folds of the body, may be made in the fat donor areas. The incisions in the buttocks most likely are smaller.
When the incisions are healed, you can use products made to reduce the appearance of wounds. Wound healing creams and can help you with this, but the best advice is to follow the wound care instructions your surgeon gives you and be careful not to expose the wounds to sunlight. Exposure to sunlight worsens the appearance of the wounds.
In what position can I sleep after surgery?
The healing process and prevent the formation of new blood vessels in the injected fat can be jeopardized by any direct pressure on the butt. Most likely, lying on your back is forbidden for several weeks after surgery. This means you will most likely have to sleep on your stomach, you may also be able to sleep on your side, but you need to change your position regularly because it may still put pressure on your hips while lying down. Make sure to ask it from your doctor.
The condition is the same for sitting; Of course, not to sit down at all is difficult, So if you can't avoid sitting down, just place one or two pillows under your thigh to reduce the pressure on your hips and shift your position once every 15 minutes.
How long does it take to see the desired results?
After recovering from the operation, it won’t take a long time to see the results of the Brazilian butt lift. However, your weight fluctuations and your age will affect the results. You can maintain your new butt by following a healthy lifestyle.
Which one is better for me, a Brazilian butt lift or getting butt implants?
Deciding on it depends on your goals and fat storage. Most of the time, the patients have the amount of fat needed for achieving desired results. However, keep in mind that butt implants are associated with greater risks such as capsular obstruction (extra scar formation around the implant), relocation of the implants and trauma (fluid or blood build-up).
Hip implants are also not suitable for staying in your body forever, and like most breast implants, you need to plan for replacement in the future.
How many ccs of fat injection should I receive?
Instead of looking for how much fat to inject, consider how much fat can improve the appearance of your butt. Then talk to your doctor about your ideal outcome and ask for his/her advice.
What if I'm not satisfied with the results?
Brazilian butt lift is not reversible because most fats are grafted to the muscles. In some cases, the grafted fat can be reduced by performing liposuction around the muscles. Other problems, such as asymmetry in shape, size or inadequate volume can be resolved by adding more fat. You should talk to your surgeon about the financial policy of quickly repairing and improving your appearance before surgery. Before surgery, you should discuss with your surgeon how to repair and improve the appearance of your hip in case of dissatisfaction after the surgery and be informed of any surgical costs.
How long should you not exercise after surgery?
It depends on your surgeon. Some doctors recommend only two weeks rest after surgery, while others recommend about 6 weeks. However, you should always wait for your surgeon to allow this. Always start with light cardiovascular exercises and exercises such as walking and gradually increasing them.
Strength training, such as weightlifting and squat and jumping exercises, should be added to the exercise program as the last step. Some surgeons do not recommend any strength training until two months after surgery. Once you are fully recovered, then you can restart all of your pre-surgery workouts.
Will the exercise reduces or ruins the BBL result?
Exercise and diet can influence the results because they both affect fat. By losing weight, you are losing fat storage and getting your body fit. This means that your butt may get smaller, but the rest of your body will not change. You also have to keep in mind that you never lose fat cells and they only get smaller.
